Privacy
Policy.

We keep it simple: collect only what we need, use it only to serve you, and never sell it. Last updated March 2026.

01

Information we collect

Contact form & email

When you submit our contact form or email us directly, we collect your name, email address, and any information you include in your message. This is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use our site — pages viewed, time on site, and general geographic region. This data is aggregated and anonymised; it is not linked to any individual. You can opt out by using browser extensions like uBlock Origin or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies — primarily for analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no selling of data. You can clear or block cookies at any time through your browser settings without affecting your ability to use this site.

No account data

This website has no user accounts, login systems, or stored user profiles. We do not collect passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal data through this site.

02

How we use your information

Responding to inquiries

If you contact us, we use your information to respond to your message and discuss your project. Nothing more.

Improving the website

Aggregated analytics data helps us understand which pages are useful, where visitors come from, and how to improve the site experience.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not send unsolicited emails or add you to mailing lists without your explicit consent.

03

Third-party services

Google Analytics & Tag Manager

We use Google Analytics to measure site traffic. Google's privacy policy applies to data collected through this service. Visit policies.google.com/privacy to learn more.

Vercel

This site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may log server-side request metadata (IP addresses, request timestamps) as part of normal infrastructure operation. Vercel's privacy policy applies.

Email

Direct email communication is handled through standard email providers. Messages you send to hello@zerodraftstudio.com are received and stored in a business email inbox.

04

Data retention & security

How long we keep data

We retain contact form submissions and email correspondence for as long as necessary to respond to and follow up on your inquiry — typically no longer than 2 years unless there is an ongoing business relationship.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect information you share with us. Communications are encrypted via HTTPS. We cannot, however, guarantee the absolute security of any information transmitted over the internet.

05

Your rights

Access & deletion

You can request to view, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@zerodraftstudio.com. We will respond within 30 days.

GDPR & CCPA

If you are located in the European Economic Area or California, you have specific rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively. These include the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data. To exercise these rights, contact us directly.

06

Changes to this policy

Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
